Texting terms: how the texts work.
Texts are one way our parks keep you posted about your inquiry, and only when you ask for them. These are the program terms: what we send, what we never send without asking, and how to make it stop instantly.
01The program: what we text
The United Flex Anna texting program (the “Program”) sends two kinds of messages from our park lines:
- Customer care texts: sent only if you ticked the customer care box on the form or texted us first: tour scheduling and reminders, space availability, application or lease updates, direct replies to questions you text us, and lease or account messages if you’re a tenant (gate updates, snow notices, service follow-ups).
- Marketing texts: only if you separately ticked the marketing box: newly available spaces, park news and events, and special offers.
Message frequency varies with your activity, a tour request generates a couple of texts; a quiet reserve-list position may generate a few per year. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan.

02Consent, and what it is not
- Each form that asks for your number shows two separate, optional boxes, both unchecked: one for customer care texts about your inquiry and one for marketing texts. Each names the park that will text you. We never pre-tick either box.
- Customer care texts are sent only if you tick the customer care box, or if you text us first: a text you send us is your consent to replies in that conversation.
- Marketing texts require your express written consent: the separate marketing box.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of touring, applying for, or leasing any space, or of buying anything from us. Leave both boxes empty and everything else works exactly the same.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.
- Texts may be sent using automated technology to the number you provided. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and will tell us if you give it up.
03Opting out: STOP, or just tell us
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, REVOKE, and OPT OUT, and any other reasonable way you tell us to stop, including saying so on a call, in an email, or on a form.
- Opt-outs are honored promptly and in all cases within ten business days; in practice, texting stops much faster.
- After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out or, if your request was ambiguous about which messages you meant, one clarifying question, as permitted by FCC rules. Silence is treated as a full opt-out.
- Opting out of marketing texts does not delete a pending service conversation you’ve asked for (a tour confirmation you asked for still arrives), but you can opt out of all texting entirely, and we’ll use email or a call instead.
04Help, support, and carrier language
- Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at privacy@unitedflex.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The Program runs on standard 10-digit local numbers (one per park). Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.
05Privacy
Phone numbers and texting records are handled per our Privacy Policy. Two commitments worth restating here: we do not sell your number, and no mobile information or texting opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages themselves.
